Launched with the development of Man On! our trainee artist scheme (previously named Associate Artist) exists to help emerging queer artists who are yet to gain a professional credit.

This is a paid learning opportunity, not a performance opportunity. It aims to help artists expand their process and network and continue finding their voice, whilst working on an R&D with Alex Roberts.

- Identify as LGBTQIA+

-  Have an interest in and/or experience in collaborative theatre-making

- Are in the first 18 months of your practice
